reserves the right with all non-standard orders (75 sq/ft. or more, custom design, special application or unique color finish), to 1) refuse returns or 2) issue account credit in lieu of a cash refund. For return guidelines and a Return Authorization Number please contact us within 30 days of order receipt. Product should be returned with its original box, order ID number and a brief explanation for the return. Refunds and credit exclude shipping and handling fees, and any other charges incurred with the product installation.
